Labor and Birth Doula Packages

Silver

Includes 2 prenatal appointments, first around 28 weeks, the second at 36 weeks (if hired before 28 weeks), unlimited birth support by myself or my *backup doula, TENS unit during labor and birth, immediate breastfeeding support after birth and 1 postpartum appointment.

Additional postpartum appointments can be added at a discounted price of $20/hr.

Includes everything in the Silver plus Bengkung Belly Binding and gift for baby at your postpartum appointment.

*I work very closely with my backup doula. You will meet her, either in person or video call, at your second prenatal appointment (unless hired after 28 weeks, in which you will meet her at our first appointment.) I am off call every Friday 12pm- 12am Sunday morning. At the signing of our contract, you will receive my backup's information, so that in the event I am unavailable, you will have the support you need.

PostPartum Doula Packages

Hourly

Starting at $50

$25/hour for 2-6 hours per day Sunday-Thursday. 2-4 hours Friday mornings only. Not available Saturdays.

Postpartum Doula Services include but are not limited to newborn care, breastfeeding support (if applicable), light cleaning, laundering, taking care of the postpartum mother, errands, etc.

Add Bengkung Belly Binding to postpartum services for a one time fee. Each day I provide postpartum services, I will bind you free of charge.

Bengkung Belly Binding

A traditional Malaysian practice used to help heal the abdomen, support the pelvic floor and offer good posture to the nursing postpartum mother.

Belly binding takes place in your home 3 or more days after a vaginal delivery or 4-6 weeks (once incision is healed) after a cesarean.

Bengkung belly wrap is included in price.

I offer support in the comfort of your own home (within a 15 mile radius of 75252. Additional $0.50/extra mile) Fee: $35 for 1.5 hours $20 per additional hour.
